Hey there. I am going to listen to my big sis and tell you a little about my background and how I think if anyone is interested in photography they ought to consider what I am saying. I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1991 with a photojournalism degree. Before graduating I had 3 internships. One in Albuquerque, New Mexico, one in Ogden, Utah and the other in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I enjoyed working for the newspapers in these towns and have fond memories. The experiences I had while on the internships were invaluable to my current status as a professional photographer. After graduating I got a job in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The economy was bad and there were few jobs available. I was one of a few who landed a job straight out of college. Whew!! I recommend anyone who wants to be a photographer get good daily experience wherever you can no matter what your making, money wise, or wherever you are. I will post more as time goes by.
